Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Biker Birthday AI, a credit-based AI generation service available at bikerbirthdayai.com. By using Biker Birthday AI, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Biker Birthday AI uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity under your Biker Birthday AI account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.
AI Video Generation
Biker Birthday AI lets users create AI videos from an uploaded photo and a fixed motion reference. You are responsible for the uploads and instructions you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use any source material.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on them, and for using any music or added media lawfully.
Credits, Free Trial, and Paid Plans
Biker Birthday AI does not currently include a free generation allowance. Any future trial shown in the product will be subject to its displayed limits.
Paid video generation uses credits. Each biker birthday video uses the credit amount shown before creation. One-time credit packs are subject to the prices and limits shown at checkout and do not renew.
Credits are digital service units for use on Biker Birthday AI. They have no cash value, are not a stored-value product, and cannot be transferred unless we explicitly allow it.
Payments and Refunds
If payments are enabled, checkout is processed by Stripe. You agree to the one-time pack price and taxes shown at checkout. The displayed packs do not create a recurring subscription.
Your selected pack, price, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. One-time packs do not renew and have no recurring subscription charge to cancel.
All payments are final and non-refundable except when a verified material technical defect or security vulnerability in the service directly prevents delivery of the purchased service and cannot be reasonably remedied, or when a refund is required by applicable law.
If your request does not involve such a verified technical or security failure, we will not issue a payment refund unless applicable law requires one. This includes a change of mind, dissatisfaction with successfully generated content or its appearance, likeness, style, or quality, mistakes in the photos or instructions you provide, unused credits, and credits consumed by a successful generation. AI-generated results vary, and a particular result is not guaranteed. Restoring credits after a failed generation is not a cash refund.
If a paid generation fails, the credits charged for that generation are returned under our credit rules. Returning credits to your account is different from refunding the original payment. If a credit return does not appear, please contact us so we can review the generation.
If you believe your purchase qualifies under this policy, email us from the address used for your account. Include your purchase date, receipt or order reference, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send full payment card details. We will review the request and any applicable legal requirements.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Biker Birthday AI to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Create, upload, or distribute content involving sexual exploitation of minors.
- Impersonate people or mislead others in harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive ways.
- Generate malware, phishing content, scams, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- Harass, threaten, or target people or protected groups.
- Upload private, confidential, or copyrighted material without the required rights.
- Interfere with, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits of the service.
We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or limit access when we believe the service is being misused.
Ownership and License
You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, and outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant Biker Birthday AI the rights needed to process, store, display, transmit, and troubleshoot your prompts, uploads, and outputs so we can provide the service.
You are responsible for determining whether you can use an output commercially or publicly, including whether rights, releases, licenses, or disclosures are needed.
Service Availability
Biker Birthday AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, credit costs, providers, or availability at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Biker Birthday AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Biker Birthday AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use Biker Birthday AI in a way that may harm others.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
